We are very much looking forward to seeing you all Friday/Saturday evening! Please note the following details to assist you in making your 20 year high school reunion more enjoyable.

• Payment must be made by 12:00 midnight Tuesday, July 28th. No exceptions. Dinner will be based upon registered guests only. We will be unable to take payment the evening of the event. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Friday evening is a casual ALUMNI ONLY event. Please enter through the north parking lot of the high school. The address is 5715 S. 1300 E. We will be there from 6:30 p.m. until approximately 10:00 p.m.

• Saturday evening is an ALUMNI PLUS GUEST event. Please arrive at Cottonwood Country Club, 1780 Lakewood Drive, Holladay for check-in between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. We have decided the dress code is "business chic". It is NOT a formal event. No black tie requirements. In fact, no tie requirement at all. However, please use your best judgment.

• As you will recall, (if you attended the 10 year reunion) a photo will be taken of the alumni during the course of the evening. It may be purchased through the professional photographer and details will be available Saturday evening.

• Also, a limited number of memory books will be available for purchase during both events - CASH ONLY ($15). If you are interested in a memory book - we suggest purchasing one in advance. Please follow the links for payment from cottonwoodclassof89.blogspot.com to do so. Supplies are limited.

FIVE days and counting...

I received an email from one of you that said simply...it'll all be over soon. Anyone else feelin' that sentiment? I admit it made me smile. So, yes friends...this too shall pass. Looking forward to the 20 year reunion coming - - and going. See you all this weekend!!

The Final Countdown

In the words of some 80's band I can't even remember the name of...it's the Final Countdown! Da da da DA...Da da da da DA! Hmmm...now I'll have that tune in my head all day. The 80's was like that wasn't it?

Anyway...thanks for all your Colt Pride - we are officially 11 days and counting.

5 things to do before the reunion

The 20 yr reunion is fast approaching and there are a few things that you should be starting or have done if you haven't already.

1. Plastic surgery, injections, and face treatments- If you plan to do any of these things before the reunion they must be started or done by now.

2. Dieting-Weight Watchers, South Beach, Liquid, Grapefruit, etc. what ever your diet of choice is you should be starting it NOW! You have about 6 wks to get in as much fat off the bod!!

3. Working out-that's right pull out and dust off the running shoes.

4. THE OUTFIT- the search is on.. You should be well on your way to finding the right outfit that doesn't make your butt look big. Men you too. you know you're thinking about it...

5. SIGN UP.. we need everyone to sign up so we have a reunion... look on the right margin and you will see a button called REGISTER HERE... DO IT!!
