We have sent this out to some through email but I'm putting it here so if you've deleted the email or just never got it then it's here for you. What I would like you to do is copy the below information and paste it into an email. Then answer the questions as you see fit, attach a photo of you OR your family (we can't use both) and then email it to chsmemorybook@gmail.com.

This info will be compiled and put into a memory book that you can purchase when you sign up for the reunion. What a GREAT way to find out what all your close friends (and not so close friends) have been doing for the past 20 Years.
